How to Enter the Site
1. You will receive your Move-In Email 24 hours before your scheduled move-in date.
2. This email includes: - Your Main Site Gate Access Code
- Your 4-digit Lockbox Code (for your unit key)
3. On arrival, enter your Gate Code on the keypad — the main gates will open.
4, Follow the signs to your container unit number (also shown in your booking confirmation).
5. Drive directly up to your container.

How to Retrieve Your Key
1. On the right-hand container door, you’ll see a black key lockbox mounted near the handle.
2. Enter the 4-digit Lockbox Code from your Move-In Email.
3. Open the lockbox — inside you’ll find the key to the container padlock, which is fitted directly beneath the lockbox.
Note: You should also bring and fit your own padlock on the metal bar (hasp) for extra security. Double-locking is strongly recommended.

How to Open Your Container
All getBoxxd units are 3-bar shipping containers fitted with easy-opening doors for convenience.
Here’s how to open yours:
1. Remove both padlocks – the container padlock (below the lockbox) and your own (if fitted).
2. Always start with the right-hand door – this door must open first.
3. Flip up the latch tabs above each handle to unlock them.
4. Lift the handles and pull them outwards at the same time.
5. The handles should now be straight and level (perpendicular to the container and parallel to each other).
6. Pull the right-hand door open using the centre handle.
7. To open the left-hand door, repeat the same steps.

How to Open the Container Padlock
The padlock is a container-style lock located just below the lockbox on the right-hand door.
1. Insert the key at the bottom of the lock.
2. Turn the key clockwise to release the shackle.
3. Remove the padlock and store it safely, and be sure to re-lock your container when leaving.

How to Close Your Container
To close your container, simply reverse the steps you followed when opening it:
1. Close the left-hand door first, making sure the locking bars line up and sit flat against the container.
2. Then close the right-hand door, securing the handles and flipping the latch tabs down.
3. Re-lock your unit using the key padlock (beneath the lockbox) and your own padlock on the hasp.

How to Cancel
1. Go to your customer portal on getboxxd.storeganise.com
2. Email the site manager - their email address will be displayed underneath or next to the getBoxxd logo, under > Read more with your desired move-out date (minimum 30 days notice).
3. You'll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours confirming your move-out date.
4. Ensure your container is clean and the key and lock are in place.
5. The day after your move-out date the container will be checked and your subscription cancelled.
